GayLabs operates as a search and browsing interface for third-party content metadata and outbound links. GayLabs does not produce, create, publish, or commission visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human performers.

To the extent that 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, or 28 C.F.R. Part 75 may apply to any third-party material referenced through GayLabs, all required records are the responsibility of the applicable primary or secondary producer of that material.

GayLabs itself is not the primary producer, publisher, or custodian of records for third-party material made available outside this service. Illustrated, animated, or wholly fictitious depictions do not involve actual human performers.

GayLabs respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear copyright complaints regarding material, metadata, thumbnails, or outbound links surfaced through the service.

If you believe that content surfaced through GayLabs infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material to be reviewed, the exact URL or listing details, a good-faith statement, a statement made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a facially valid notice, GayLabs may investigate the claim and remove, disable, or limit access to the relevant listing, metadata, thumbnail, or outbound reference while the matter is reviewed.
